A new look without touching the paint
A vehicle wrap changes how a car looks without repainting it. You can customize certain panels, such as the roof, the mirrors or a stripe down the side, or wrap the entire vehicle to get the look you want.
The decision starts at the shop. Performance Plus Detailing is a private, enthusiast-owned bay in New Milford, and every wrap begins with a free in-person consultation. There are no packages to pick from. The film, the finish and the panels are worked out around your car.

3M 1080, Oracal and Avery Dennison
We use only high quality wrap material from 3M (1080), Oracal and Avery Dennison. Those lines come in high gloss or matte colors and also in a carbon fiber pattern, so the range runs from a deep factory-looking gloss to a flat matte black to a woven carbon accent on a mirror cap or a roof.
Wrap film is applied to paint, so the surface underneath matters. If the clear coat has swirls or etching, we talk about correcting it first. If you would rather protect the original paint with a clear layer instead of changing the color, that is what clear film protection is for.
Chapter 03
The wrap protects what is under it
A wrap doubles as a protection film for your paint underneath. The original finish stays under the film, away from the daily wear of the road.
It also preserves resale value. Customizing a car with paint means re-painting it later to bring it back, and a wrap avoids that. Bring the car in, tell us what you are picturing, and leave a voicemail at the number below if the phone goes unanswered; the shop is noisy, and every message is returned.
